Agent Dashboard

Upon Log In the agent sees his Dashboard, its where all his tasks and notifications are displayed as well as the status of all his deals.

The dashboard is dynamically updated. The left “Quick View” panel is expandable and clickable e.g. if the agent has under his “Leads Tab” 3 in the “need to confirm” status he can click on it and be brought to the leads panel presorted by status “need to confirm” the agent then confirms receipt of the application and the status automatically changes to “waiting for docs” status.

Add to DNC (Do Not Call) List

At any time an agent can add to the DNC list by clicking “add to DNC” button in his left panel. The person added is places in a database which can then be scrubbed against the main calling / mailing list.

Create a Lead Page (Prospect)

ON this page the minimum amount of information required is a name and email or fax number. The agent can add more information at this time or wait until the application is returned including marketing tracking information using the “Lead Source” selection tool and the “Tracking ID” field e.g email campaign, website landing page, snail mail tracking number, or phone call in number.

Once the agent has entered the merchants information he selects “Send App By Fax” or “Send App By Email” this will bring up the application and cover-sheet based on the type of deal selected by the agent “Cash Advance”, “CC Processing” or “Traditional Loan.”

The agent can also use a tradition mailing method such ad FedEx by selecting “Send App By Snail Mail.”

Dashboard: Team Leader

Team Leader has a Dash Board and Quick View Panel that displays the status for all members of his team collectively, he is able to drill down to each agent and deal by clicking into any of the status links opening the page displaying all deals in that status for all members of his team. He can then sort by agent, lead type, source, and date.

All notifications sent to and from his team are cc?d to the team manager, he can then see if his agents are performing their required tasks. The team manager has the ability to reassign a lead, if an agent is falling behind, or has been fired the team leader can select one or all of that agent’s deals and reassign them to a new agent.

The PG sys is set up to assign commissions based on a percentage entered when an agent is hired, in addition there is the feature to add a team leader, and assign a percentage of all commissions generated by all agents working under that team leader.

Team leaders can run reports, the reports that they can run will only show them statistics for the team they oversee. All Status fields are automatically updated based on actions taken by the user.

Dashboard: Bank Manager

Bank Manager(s) have Quick View Panel that displays the status for all members of all teams collectively company wide.

Bank Manager is able to drill down to each team, agent and deal by clicking into any of the status links opening the page displaying all deals in that status for all members of all teams. You can then sort by team, agent, lead type, source, and date. All notifications sent to Bank Manager are cc’d to all members with top management permissions, he can then see if his agents are performing their required tasks.

There is a portion of the “quick View Panel” just for Bank Manager and Top Management that Agents and Team Leaders do not have access to, its at the bottom called “Fund List” in this section Bank Manager and top management can see in real time all the deals that are at each fund they are working with and by clicking on each fund link you can see the deals name and status, you can then drill down to see all details of each deal.

Bank Managers and Top Management can send notifications directly to agents from applicants profile, ie if the Bank Manager is looking over a deal and sees a missing document he can then add a note which will show up with a link to the applicant in the agents Notifications section and in his quick view panel. The same works if the fund requests additional documents (bank / credit card statements). All Status fields are automatically updated based on actions taken by the user.

Send to Fund (Bank Manager View)

The Bank Managers view entails all the steps after the agent has submitted a deal with a complete application, and required documents, such as bank statements etc.

Here the Bank Manager will be able to review the attached documentation make additional document requests from the agent / applicant, select the fund the deal is to be sent to, (the Bank Manager can send the deal to multiple funds) enter approval numbers, notify the agent to select approval numbers, generate or request contracts, enter wire info, and ACH information.
